Refund policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Dice3D.com. We want to ensure you have a seamless experience when placing and managing your orders, so we've outlined our policies below to assist you.

  1. Order Processing and Payment:

    • All orders are processed on demand and printed based on your specific request. As such, we do not carry stock.
    • Please review your order carefully before making payment, as all orders are final once payment is completed.
    • Payment should be provided within one week of placing your order. Orders unpaid after this period will be automatically canceled.
  2. Cancellation and Changes:

    • To cancel an order, simply leave it unpaid for one week, and it will be canceled automatically.
    • If you wish to change an order that has already been placed, please leave it unpaid and create a new order with the desired changes.
  3. Returns and Replacements:

    • We do not accept returns for products.
    • Products arriving damaged must be reported within 14 work days of receipt. Please provide the order reference, receipt, and clear photos of both the packaging and damaged product for us to assess.
    • Defective products must be reported within 30 work days. Similarly, provide the necessary documentation for us to proceed with a replacement.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Paid orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
    • No store credit or refund will be issued for returning a product, replacing a damaged or defective product, or any other circumstances.
    • We do not offer exchanges.
  5. Product Care:

    • Our products are fragile and should be handled with care. Any intentional damage or damage due to neglect will not qualify for a replacement.
